Main Reactor Vessel - 12 Liters Capacity The vessel is rated at 25 Bar, and has a heating jacket rated at 6 Bar for steam or oil heating. It has a lateral sight glass for observing the level in the vessel. The central port contains a stirrerhead with a detachable anchor stirrer. Various ports around the stirrerhead carry the pressure gage, excess pressure valve, inlets, vapor outlets, and nitrogen/vacuum.

Electrically operated lifting stage Electrically powered lifting stage for raising, lowering, and rotating the heavy feeder reservoir. Controlled from the control cabinet. Fitted with limit switches.

Feeder Reservoir - 25 Bar Special design with a pressure plate for forcing out unpumpable materials such as pastes and dispersions.

Feeder Pump Special feeder pump for metering materials with the consistency of pastes.

Feeder pump control Control unit for the feeder pump. Metering volumes range from 100 ml /hr to 40 l/hr. With monitors for motor load, and the level and pressure within the feeder reservoir.

Condenser A tube and shell condenser seen end on.

Metering pumps Two explosion-proof metering pumps. Controlled from the control cabinet.

Thermostats - 4 kW Two 4 kW recirculating thermostats. The thermostats are connected to the vessel by insulated flexible stainless steel tubes.

Thermostat Controllers Two programmable thermostat controllers in 19" rack mounting versions.
