Small Pilot Plants - 1st Example

General description

Laboratory pilot plant for pressures up to 15 Bar and temperatures up to 250°C. The 10 liter main reactor vessel is fitted with a lifting stage. The plant includes reflux and tube-and-shell condensers, a feeder reservoir, and a condensate receiver. The stirrer in the main reactor is fitted with a torque measurement unit. The switching and control unit was built by the customer. The whole unit, including the mounting frame and pipework, was built from 1.4571 (= AISI 316 Ti) stainless steel.
